Create an account on the WAI 2026 website by providing your personal and contact information.
Step 2: Make a Payment for RegistrationReview the registration fees and payment instructions, then pay the applicable registration fee using one of the available payment methods.
Step 3: Payment Information SubmissionSubmit your payment information and enter the Paper ID of the paper(s) covered by your registration fee. Please ensure that all information is accurate.
Each participant must pay a non-refundable registration fee. Only registered and paid submissions before 26 October, 2026 will be scheduled in the symposium program. Inclusion of a submission whether it is an abstract or a full paper in the final Technical Program is guaranteed only after the registration of one of the authors is completed and paid before 26 October, 2026, through the Registration link. One paid registration can cover a maximum of two submissions. The abstracts and full papers listed in the final Technical Program will be archived in the WAI 2026 Proceedings after they are presented in the conference, any absent submission will be removed. Further, the full papers archived in the WAI 2026 Proceedings will be further uploaded and archived in the IEEE Xplore (EI indexed).
On-site registration will be available through the Registration Desk during the workshop.
The same fee structure is used for both online and onsite registrations. Registration includes daily tea break, lunches and dinners from November 4 to November 5.
